Developed by a California Ayurvedic practitioner, this salt rinse is ideal to clear mucus and support the immune system when fighting a cold or flu.

French Atlantic Sea Salt comes from the pristine ocean waters of Brittany, France. This salt has been sustainably hand-harvested for thousands of years in this environmentally protected coast line and is certified organic by ACTOA (L'Association de Controle Tiers Ouest Atlantique). All essential oils are organic and produced by small growers and coops.

Ingredients: French Atlantic Sea Salt, and the organic essential oils of: Virginia cedarwood, Palmarosa, Green myrtle, Fir balsam and Rosemary

Add Baraka Infused Salt Rinse in your neti pot the same as any other salt.

  1. Add a heaping 1/2 teaspoon to your neti pot
  2. Add 10 oz. of distilled or boiled water – cooled to room temperature – and stir thoroughly
  3. Run 5 oz. through each nostril
  4. Can be used twice a day for maximum benefits
