Your appointment and well-being are very important to me. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to other clients. I do understand that emergencies happen and changes in schedules may be required. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible by email at email@example.com or by phone at 314-553-9777. I often have a wait list and your advanced notice will allow another client to access care at that time.
I require a credit card to hold your appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the cost of the reserved service(s). No call no shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service cost.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient to you.
