Maya Mountain Cacao is renowned in the craft chocolate world for both the quality and consistency of their certified organic cacao. MMC sources from approximately 400 small family farms in southern Belize, centralizing the fermentation process of cacao and ensuring transparency and accessibility for regional cacao farmers.
