Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

We are open Tuesday through Saturday. We always aim to fill orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. We ship all orders via USPS. Shipment times vary depending upon location. All delivery dates on our websites are estimates given by USPS and are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary from what is displayed and can be affected by weather, USPS staffing, and other factors outside of our control.

 

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on items that are unopened and in a sellable condition (undamaged) within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We cannot accept returns on bulk herbs or menstrual discs, or on used tea making supplies, candles, incense, or eye pillows.

Only orders shipped to a U.S. address are eligible for returns. International orders cannot be returned.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item(s) to us. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) damaged or lost in return shipment. Once we receive your item(s), we will process the refund less the cost of return shipping.

Damaged Product & Other Product Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do everything possible to make it right.
