Cancellation Policy

Your appointment and well-being are incredibly important to us. When you book your appointment, this holds a space on our calendar that is just for you and is no longer available to other clients. We do understand that emergencies happen and changes in schedules may be required. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by email at or by phone at 314-553-9777. We often have a wait list and your advanced notice will allow another client to access care at that time.

We require a credit card to book appointments. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment time may result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee may be equal to 50% of the cost of the reserved service(s). No call no shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service cost.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient to you.
